WEDDINGS ON THE ROOFTOP
Congratulations on your Engagement! The Rooftop is a premier outdoor venue set overlooking the bustling Rockville Town Square. Say your vows during a beautiful sunset or dance with your beloved underneath the stars, the choice is yours!
Included in the rental of The Rooftop is the 2nd floor VisArts Art Gallery. You have the option to use both spaces with a ceremony and cocktail hour on one floor with dinner and dancing on the other. Combined, these two spaces make the perfect location for your ceremony, cocktail reception and your reception. Tables, chairs and more are included in your rental to make planning easy.
We can accommodate parties up to 170-180 guests for seated dinner.

To give you a baseline idea of rental fees – to help you get started in your planning and budgeting-for the entire The Venues at Rockville’s Town Square (both The Rooftop and second floor VisArts Gallery), the rate starts at around $6000, but we are running a New Year Special – if you book before February 1st you will receive $750 off of the rental fee. These prices also includes your tables, chairs and lounge furniture. Reminder, this starting rate, does NOT include food, decor or entertainment. Depending on the date of your wedding, we can work with you on pricing.
